Join us! We come home to our bodies and open ourselves to inquiry that unfolds in each moment from movement and presence. We are bodies and souls in motion and together we create a space for us to drop into the dance within us.

A space that encourages curiosity. We can let go of some of our habitual patterns on the dance floor. Intentional, random, smooth and awkward, wild and peaceful. We are always in motion even in stillness. I hope you can join me!
