Hollee Howden is a Speaker, Leadership Coach and Organizational Development Consultant committed to be a catalyst in the transformation of our work-lives and workplaces. She assists individuals and organizations to operate from a place of consciousness, clarity, and compassion. Her thirty years of experience working with individuals on discovering who they are at a deep level and helping them live their purpose and express their gifts has brought her to the conclusion that we can no longer afford to operate in our careers or in workplaces that are stripped of their humanity and soul.

She has worked for consulting firms in both the Northeast and Northern California. Her experience cuts across a variety of sectors and industries giving her a unique perspective on the common elements making up The Nine Elements of the Soul of Work, a framework for leadership, workforce and organizational development.
Hollee holds an ED. M. from Harvard University in Human Development and a certificate in Executive Coaching from the Professional School of Psychology in Sacramento, CA. She is a board-certified coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education and is also qualified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Extended DiSC.
