Unity on the River - Introduction

We are currently discerning what path to take over the next 3-5 years in regards to our physical space. Should we stay at 58 Macy Street and enhance the existing building and site? Should we stay on this site, tear down the building, and build new? Or should we sell this property, move to a new site, and build new?
