Spirit on the River is an incorporated entity under the direction of Unity on the River. Spirit on the River "owns" our real estate, which includes the church building, the Art Studio, and all units in the plaza where we reside up to and including Saab Martial Arts Center.

The mission of Spirit on the River is to maintain our property with excellence and love and to generate income for Unity on the River through the collection of rent from our tenants.
